The platform reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents at any time. If you are found to be under 18 years old, your account will be immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any remaining balance may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policies. Each player is permitted to hold one account only on the RT777 platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, the same payment method or any combination of these — is strictly prohibited. Multiple accounts will be merged or closed, and any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided.
You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact details and any payment account information you provide for deposits or withdrawals. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. RT777 will not be liable for any issues arising from incorrect information provided at registration or thereafter.
RT777 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation before processing withdrawals or at any point during your use of the platform. Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe may have withdrawal requests held until documents are provided.

All funds deposited must belong to you personally. Depositing using a payment method registered to another individual is not permitted and may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. Standard verified accounts typically receive JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals within 24 minutes during normal processing hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank.
Before your first withdrawal can be processed, your account must complete KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. Subsequent withdrawals may require re-verification if there is a significant change in your account activity or if a withdrawal request triggers a routine security review.
RT777 reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual in size, frequency or pattern. This is done to protect players and the integrity of the platform.
RT777 offers a range of bonuses to registered players, including a welcome bonus, cashback promotions and mid-week deposit boosts. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which are published on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise.
The 150% welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited as PKR to your bonus balance. Standard wagering requirements apply before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per player, per household and per device.
The Monday cashback offer applies to net losses on slot games during the previous weekend period. Cashback is credited as real-money PKR with no wagering requirement attached unless the specific promotion page states otherwise. The Wednesday mid-week deposit boost applies a percentage increase to qualifying deposits made on Wednesdays within the promotional period.
All bets placed and games played on the RT777 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or market. Minimum stakes vary by game type: slot spins from PKR 10, live casino tables from PKR 50 per hand, sports and cricket bets from PKR 100, and bingo cards from PKR 20. Maximum stake limits are displayed at the point of play and may vary by game, table or betting market.
Bets and game results are settled according to the outcome confirmed by the relevant game system or official sporting result. RT777 uses verified random number generation for all casino games. In the event of a technical error during a game round or a disputed result, RT777's decision on the outcome is final and binding.
Cricket betting markets — including PSL matches, international T20s, Test matches and ICC events — are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In-play bets accepted after a material event in a match (for example, a wicket falling) will be settled at the odds that were available at the time the bet was accepted, not at revised odds. Abandoned matches are settled according to the rules displayed in the relevant market.
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the RT777 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds and permanent closure:
RT777 reserves the right to investigate any account activity that appears inconsistent with normal player behaviour. During an investigation, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until the review is complete. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will not receive any outstanding balance, bonus funds or winnings accumulated during the period of prohibited activity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. RT777 will never ask for your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact our support team immediately using the details in Section 15.
RT777 recommends using a strong, unique password for your account and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. Any activity carried out using your account credentials will be treated as having been performed by you, unless you have reported unauthorised access prior to the activity taking place.
If your registered phone number or email address changes, it is your responsibility to update your account details promptly. RT777 cannot be held responsible for communications sent to outdated contact details that you have not updated.
RT777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, prohibited conduct, failure to complete KYC verification, or a breach of these Terms. Where an account is suspended for investigation purposes, the player will be notified where possible and a reasonable timeframe given to respond.
Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any verified real-money balance at the time of closure will be returned to the player's registered payment method after standard verification checks, provided no active investigation is in progress.

RT777's total liability to any individual player in connection with any single incident or claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident. RT777 is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, including loss of anticipated winnings, except where required by applicable law.
RT777 is not responsible for any third-party costs incurred by players in connection with their use of the platform, including payment processing fees charged by JazzCash, Easypaisa, banks or card networks.
RT777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering on the platform, you consent to the collection, processing and storage of your personal information as described in that policy.
